Your booking form was sent successfully, but please note this booking is not confirmed until a deposit payment has been made.

If the time and date slot requested on your booking form is available then we will email you a link to an invoice on a secure website that allows you to reserve the slot pay using a credit card or debit card.  If the slot is not available then we will email you offering some alternative time slots.

Our staff need to manually check availability on the shooting range calendar before issuing the invoice, so if you are booking during normal office hours you should receive an online invoice within a couple of hours, but if you are booking outside of normal business hours then the invoice will usually be emailed to you in the morning of the next working day.  If you don’t receive the invoice email then please check your email junk folder.

The time slot shown on the invoice will be available at the time of issuing the invoice so it is best to pay the invoice fairly quickly (especially with bookings less than two weeks ahead) as otherwise there is a chance that the slot may be booked by another group.  

After 48 hours the invoice will automatically lapse and you will not be able to pay it.  If this happens and you still want to go ahead with a booking a few days later please email us at info@topguntallinn.com or call us on +44 (0)1283 246 456 to check availability and request a fresh invoice.

The deposit payment confirms your booking with us and forms part of the total price for the event (i.e it is not refundable after the shooting event).
